what is a
"thought Potluck?"
A "Thought Potluck" is simply a moderated conversation centered around participants arriving prepared to share and open to receiving other perspectives. The "take home tray" is simply a notebook for participants to write down points in the conversation that enlightened them. Thought Potlucks are a vital part of communal health as they encourage open minds and dialogue in such a creative way.
How can my company benefit from a creative workshop?

Our owner, Tobalase Apata, marries her certification in Design Thinking and Innovation from Harvard Business School with her gift of poetry to effectively moderate creative workshops.
